Stage 1 of Brookhaven Village started development in July 2009, and still proceeds. Some blocks in this stage are still available, but are selling fast.
This first stage includes the construction of a BBQ area and deck overlooking landscaped gardens and a peaceful waterway.
Stage 2 will begin developement upon completion of Stage 1.
